I’ve been trying to use the app Since I downloaded it the 1st month it came out and I just aint working for me.
You are having trouble because:
1. You were not an active member of the original app so you were not pre-approved for the new one.
2. You never completed another application to be approved.
3. You never reached out to us for help or assistance on an official channel.
4. You do not open any of our emails otherwise you would have known all of the above.
We can not help you if you aren’t communicating or, at the very least, reading the communications we send you.
We sent you an approval email because you have the rate fortune that we know who you are already.
Please read the communications we send. They will ALWAYS have the answers that you need.
